Tea for Tribes
11th October
Come and celebrate Survival International's 40th birthday with us at Hatters!
Musicians now finalised - starting from 5pm with the wonderful Will Edmunds, moving on to Benesensus, next from West Papua - the Lani Singers - and with Declan finishing it all up for 9ish. Only £2 on the door, with all profits going to Survival, free if you make it down before 5pm.
Bring a hat, make a hat, play games, have your face painted, drink tea (or teapotted cocktails if you choose...), eat cake and help to write letters campaigning for indigenous peoples.
A ripe old mixture of musical styles, entertainment and tea party madness is to begin from 2.30pm. From 5pm there will be a charge on the door and we will begin our acoustic session, featuring local talents and something a bit different

All funds raised will go to Survival, the only international organisation supporting tribal peoples worldwide and campaigning for indigenous land rights. To find out more go to www.survival-international.org
